Struggled with this
I found this very difficult to use, you need to be a bit artistic to create something that actually looks like a tooth, the instructions are a bit vague. Sorry but I gave up trying.

This is the type of emergency item you hop to never use. It all seems pretty straight forward, but it's hard to tell from the instructions which are a little troublesome to read.
