First of all I would like to thank Amazon for sending me 100 % original and authentic BP Monitor. Recently it is very difficult to get the genuine products which are shown on online apps. Once again too much thanks to Amazon for best service.

This product of Dr trust is most useless and it stopped working. I am sharing the ordeal once i went for the service of this pathetic product from Dr trust. From the day one i contacted them they were not interested in providing any kind of help or service i requested.1. In my original request to them i simply asked them to help me finding the service center or any workshop which can handle that trash product for repair clearly mentioning that i reside in this area of Delhi. i never asked for free service from them2. But as it appears they never bothered to read what i requested and replied to me in a mechanical manner3. from 2nd day their single focus was on to verify that the trash product i am having is of their trash company or not, instead of helping the customer for resolving the issue. Just like a sarkaari clerk they asked thrice for bill, invoice, lot number and what not despite the fact that i sent them the video of the product showing everything in crystal clear.4. Even after sending the bill invoice etc, they chose to remain silent for 2-3 days and never bothered to reply5. When I insisted, they immediately said that you have no warranty. Arey who was claiming warranty from them ?6. Their single focus was to deny me any help just because i forgot to register for warranty on their website ( I have not heard a single case where you have to register for warranty as it comes with the purchase order but their idiotic company has framed this funny rule to fool customers).7. I atleast 4-5 times mentioned to them that i am ready to pay for the repair but their single focus was how to deny me any service in garb of no warranty8. The so called US based reputed company have no service center or even a affiliated one in national capital, wow !9. When they finally disclosed that they have a royal service center in the remote outskirt corner of chandigarh, i even agreed for sending the trash product their10. Now that must have disappointed them as they were thinking that i will not say yes to it. So they found a new excuse that they will accept it through courier only ! Great !11. I told them categorically that assume my person who will be delivering the trash product at your trash service center as courier boy only. But the extra trained customer executive of trash company said that NO, we will not accept. I requested that he will leave the sealed parcel at the designated place where courier person is supposed to handover, but the smart customer care executive said NO, we will accept through courier only.12. On this i feared that the trash company is going to check the aadhar card, pan card,courier boy ID card and may be an affidavit from the person that he is a courier boy and not related to me in any manner, I gave up !13. Now after that they have the guts to email me that i have not agreed for the repair ! !One sincere and free advice, dont tell people that Dr Trust is a US based company, tell them you are a indian sarkari outfit, say just like ration card banane ka daftar ! where everything is framed in this way to discourage people to reach you and yes your so called customer care executive is fit for a job of govt clerk, she will be very successful there, right now she is in wrong line.
