Works but could be better
Several knives’ handles are too big to fit properly making them unsteady. The rigging itself is also pretty flimsy. If you get the right knives then you can make it work

Perfect!
Did exactly what I needed it to do

Not the best but good for now
I just wish the shelves were a little wider so my knives could rest inside and the part where the blade rests is also too narrow and forces it to sit in a certain position with very very little movement. I guess you get what you pay for

Fits like a glove on the knife I got a coworker
It was actually pretty good, I find it weird that wasn't expensive, it looks cool, it works well and doesn't take up much room.

Sturdy, Attractive, Accessible
I have hundreds of knives. Some of them are for everyday use, some for specialty kitchen applications, and the bulk of them are pocket knives and collectors. I also have a lot of ways to display and store them, from chefs rolls to glass display cases. The lower price on this belies how useful it actually is...To start, the wood is actual wood, and good quality. No knots or splits anywhere. The entire unit screwed together in a minute, and is very sturdy (it comes with rubber foot pads). it holds a very specific size and shape of pocket knife best, but I can actually get kitchen knives on it if I'm creative. There are 2 reasons this type of stand makes a ton of sense:First - it holds the knives with the blade open. Many of my knives have very attractive damascus patterns or engraving on the blade, it's nice to be able to show that off.Second - I can pull a knife off this stand and use it immediately. With my other cases and displays, I have to remove covers (half of the time disorganizing everything) just because I need a knife quickly. It also keeps the knives I like to carry regularly accessible, which is more handy than you'd think. Overall, I'm very happy with it, it fits most of my pocket knives (except the smaller ones like the Benchmade Tengu Flipper), and looks very polished.
