Journey Upright Walker Premium Light
I am very happy with this walker. I researched and then returned two walkers. The problem with ordering a walker on Amazon is that there was no place locally to see and try the walkers. The Journey Upright Premium Light is very well made. You do not run into the seat when you are walking. The arm rests are very comfortable. The larger wheels make it a great walker for walking around my neighborhood. This is the first review I have ever written, but I would highly recommend this product. It is one of the most expensive upright walkers, but well worth every penny.

Assembled incorrectly
After many days of trying to figure out why the walker would not stay upright and kept leaning backward despite attempts to fix it, my therapist finally discovered that the long horizontal lower brake pieces had been put on incorrectly and needed to be reversed. The way it was assembled prevented the shorter piece from fitting in the opening and being turned to lock the lower brake properly. My therapist fixed it, and it now works safely and properly. But this mistake could have caused a catastrophic injury. I could have fallen backwards and broken my spine. What kind of inspection system would allow this defective walker to be shipped to a customer? A shoddy one! Very disappointing! This is an expensive product and I trusted (wrongly) that it had been put together properly. I am struggling enough. I need to be able to trust products that supposedly help me with my disability.

Arrived defective and partially assembled. Only recourse offered was to ship back.
If you're looking for a hassle free solution, do yourself a favor and don't buy this. If you're a masochist and enjoy troubleshooting a broken, partially assembled rollator you paid top dollar for, then by all means add to cart. After reading the positive reviews and watching the video, we decided to pay the premium price for the UpWalker. It was supposed to come fully assembled and work out of the box. It arrived partially assembled and the parts necessary for stabilizing it were defective. We contacted support and requested replacement parts. After several days we were told that there are no replacement parts and that our only recourse is to ship the thing back to them. If you're mobility impaired, imagine the fun you'll have trying to box this back up into the 40"x30"x9.5" box at 30+ lbs and load it into a car to take to an Amazon return location. In talking to local dealers they indicated that they can indeed order parts, so I don't understand why Journey wouldn't make this right by shipping us replacements for the defective parts. Also, there are no directions for assembly and it does not come with the arm rest covers it says it's supposed to come with. What a frustrating colossal waste of time with zero customer support. I even tried calling Journey several times and could never get a hold of anybody. For what it's worth, local dealers said they preferred the NOVA and the Vibe rollators.
