Got delivered a product that doesn''t even work!
I purchased this fridge in December 2021. After delivery I plugged the fridge in for 2 days but it never started cooling. Called the seller ('Electronics.Store') and told them about the problem and that I wanted a replacement. They said I had not read the manual correctly and that they could not replace it because of my fault of not following the instructions.What does that even mean?!!! Are they saying I not plug in the fridge correctly? Did I not turn the temperature knob correctly? I mean after having it plugged in for 48 hours straight and not even have the fridge cool down by even 1 degree Celsius!! This is clearly a manufacturing defect!Since it has a 1 year warranty they send a technician, who opens the back of the fridge and confirms there was an internal problem in the fridge. He changes the small part causing the issue and it works just fine.Fast forward 6 months later, and the same problem happens!!!!! After trying to get the technician to come after 2 days of non stop calls, he comes, opens the back of the fridge and replaces a part!So in 6 months this fridge has broken down twice!! I have 6 more months of warranty but have no clue when this ticking time bomb is going to break down again.My biggest mistake is to purchase from the seller 'Electronics.Store' and I urge all of you readers STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Officially my worst purchase of 2021
