Considering returning it
The top corners are out of focus. They’re out of focus enough where it is very distracting. I’m trying to get over it but I may end up returning due to this issue.

Outstanding Product, But Customer Support Needs Improvement
The NexiGo Aurora Pro is an excellent product that truly delivers on its promises. From performance to build quality, it meets expectations and provides a top-tier experience. The design is sleek, the features are well-implemented, and overall, it’s a great investment. However, the only downside is customer support. Reaching them via phone takes a long time, and if you opt for email support, responses can take days. While the product itself is fantastic, I sincerely hope NexiGo improves its customer service response times to enhance the overall user experience. If you’re looking for a high-quality product, the Aurora Pro is a solid choice, but be prepared for some patience if you need support.Would love to see NexiGo step up in this area to match the excellence of their product!

We'll see
The media could not be loaded. Got it during Black Friday weekend after spending hours researching but unfortunately arrived defective. The leveling feet were not adjusting by turning the wheels on either side of the projector.Contacted Nexigo and they helped me troubleshoot the issue with no luck, I sent pictures and videos of the issue. I was asked to send it back and if I wanted a replacement sent back right away I had to authorize $1500 in my credit card outside out Amazon if not I’d have to wait until they received the projector back, which mind you the shipping label provided to send back was ups ground and would take a whole 7 days to arrive. Once they received I was told it would take another 24-48 for them to inspect, test and try to replicate the issue before they could send a replacement. If they aren’t able to replicate they would contact me back to see what was the issue? Over all very long process. Now it’s a waiting game to see when and if they’ll send out my new replacement. I’ll update once I get projector and test it out.The projector looks promising but I just hope this issue can be resolved quickly and a new replacement shipped out.

Do not connect it to the network… only 8bit color depth not 12bit Dolby vision not 10bit hdr10+
This projector is doing malicious activity on my network. It is a Trojan horse, I’ve connected to the internet with the intent to be able to once in a while AirPlay to it… I was unaware of it even having a browser let alone filled with scripts to collect data on my devices and connect to domains such as casinocoin, USA social services, amazon login attempts blocked by 2FA thank goodness, bank login, and repeated contact with known DDOS domains. Additionally this device claims to fully support HDR10+ and Dolby Vision but it doesn’t. It does not support RGB 10 bit depth nor 12 bit depth. It translates Dolby vision to 8bit and translates hdr10+ to 8bit which is not true DV nor HDR10+
