One of my favorite things to use at the gym, i consider it way better than bosu ball because it's harder, bigger, heavier and comes with handles and bars so you can actually use it in different exercises.

This is very sturdy and can be used for so many different workouts.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is so versatile. I am a 5’10” female average build and it is perfect size. I can lay on it and use it as a bench. I can stand on it and do stability squats. I can pick up and hold it to do bent over rows. It’s very durable and was super easy to set up. It is an excellent addition to have at home to get a better workout in when I don’t have time to get to the gym. I highly recommend!

I was surprised when I opened the Terra Core to learn how rugged this product really is. Definitely can be used in a gym or home. This is way more than an exercise ball or BOSU, its a bench, step, push up handles, etc... Really well designed and it arrived even sooner than I thought.
