This was my first experience with the Three Dog Bakery mix, but it's an awesome way to treat your pup on their special day! It’s a great value and super easy to prepare, just mix in a few ingredients like vegetable oil, eggs, and applesauce, then pour into your favorite pan or mold, and bake. I use a bone-shaped silicone mold, and it turned out great with a nice, cake-like consistency. It even comes with a frosting mix, which was more than enough to generously top the cake. The sweet molasses flavor seems to be a hit, our dog devoured it excitedly, and without any post-digestion issues. It’s a fun and simple way to make a nice treat for your furry friend. Pup-approved!

Easy to make and my dog just loved every bite. You get a full size cake and it smelled like a real cake. Good price for the amount it made .

Requires Unsweetened APPLESAUCE. I didn't read carefully enough to notice this until I had the oven on and pulled out all the other ingredients. My nice husband had to make a trek to the grocery store (1/2 hr. away). Anyways, Willie, our rescue mutt, had a tasty birthday cake to celebrate his 4th birthday. Since he is a foodie dog he LOVED it. I prefer the dog cake mixes that are baked in the oven as they come out like a regular cake. I've tried the microwave ones several times before and they are always a disappointment either falling apart or undercooked/overcooked. As with any extra treat, be moderate on how much doggie gets to eat. I gave my 50 lb. dog about 1/4 of the cake per day.

I love making these cakes for my dogs’ birthdays and friends’ dogs. I bought the dog bone shaped silicone pan from Amazon and this mix is a perfect fit!Bonus: this one also comes with icing!

My dogs loved this cake. It was easy to make. It was our oldest dogs’ 14th birthday and there was plenty to share with the other 2 dogs we have. Also did not upset there stomach’s at all! Which I was worried about.

I liked that the ingredients seemed dog-safe and simple. I got this for my dog and he loved it! The frosting added a nice touch, though it stuck to his mouth and he found it difficult to eat. A super fun treat for a special day! The natural ingredients were gentle on his tummy too!

Made this for one of our dog's birthdays. We have 4, they all loved it! It called for applesauce, but I had none so I substituted pumpkin puree. It turned out very nicely. I'll buy this again!

It was my dogs 10th birthday last week and I wanted to bake him a birthday cake. I found this mix, and used it. It was a success as my dogs loved it and ate the whole cake!! I appreciate them convenience of a ready made mix. Saved me time and money from having to bake from scratch.
