I ordered the WeCool Bone Conduction Headphones a week earlier and received a slightly defective piece, wherein the right earlobe was loose and rotating freely off the neckband. I requested for a replacement and the customer service was prompt in accepting the replacement and replaced the headphones within just 2 days. The headphones themselves are pretty decent and comfortable to wear. There was an initial discomfort to adjust to the vibrations of the cheekbones, especially at higher volumes; but slowly, with reduced volume, I could pretty much get accustomed to them. The volume isn't too great, the music isn't too peaky or exuding higher bass, but it's pretty good for decent listening to music and podcasts. Then again, it was to be expected as the headphones are bone conduction/ open ear; hence a fair bit of noise leakage is to be expected. The battery life is pretty solid; after about a couple of hours of continuous listening to podcasts and music, the battery life still shows a 100%. Need to ascertain the battery performance after a long ride (cycling) over the weekend. The fit and form factor are pretty good for the price. Though at times I felt a mild pain behind the ear after continuous usage for over 2 hours. Overall, a pretty good product for daily workouts as well as mild music/ podcast listening.Note - Recommend using the volume at 60-70% of max volume to avoid discomfort and excessive vibrations.

These headphones don't fit properly and are quite loose affecting the sound quality. Otherwise too sound quality is just ok. I tried to return the product but Amazon call centre forced me to keep the product which is practically useless for me, as they do not have a return policy.

A value product for 789/-Worth the price.1. It really has a great bass and surround soundEDM and Pop Songs sound best !!2. Mic quality and noise cancellation are good too3. Earbuds are lightweight and fits comfortably4. Battery Backup is great. Easily gives you 5-6hrs+ playback on a single charge.5. Latency is around 60-80ms. Sometimes you may feel it. So it is okayish.The only feature that needs to get improved is the vocal sound quality in songs.The original voice of the artist gets reduced a bit. (in terms of loudness)It has a kind of immersive sound experience. But still the background music and bass sounds a bit loud than the vocals, so the final output seems to lack something.But keeping its price range in mind, that's way too good.So if you like to hear the voice more than the background music, it may disappoint you a little.Otherwise, it is a GREAAAT product. At this price it surpasses all the expectations. Really liked it!IMPORTANT NOTE !My review above stays intact.But do know, that after 2-3days of use, the left earbud stopped working. I replaced the item. And after 1 day of use the right earbud of the new product stopped working also. So I had to return the tws. (There was no physical damage on my part)So I can't assure you on the durability.Else remains same.

Sturdy build, stylish design, and the sound quality is clear and crisp. Calls are clear too. I love how I can wear these for hours without any discomfort. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities or needs earphones for long wear.

Did see the reviews about loose etc but took a chance since I needed one such - to use during morning runs on quiet roads (I use another wecool - a wired mr.bass model - for other in house needs - that has lasted todate since 03/2021). This has been perfect for me in both fit (first time trying on, it did feel too tight but was snug enough post/days following) and sound quality (conduction/open, so it is not going to be as clear as in-ear earphones especially if a truck pass you by etc). I like this as the fit + design makes my run hassle free (nothing falling off, front/hands free, quick on/off/pairing & good sound yet alert to ambient noise/movements). The charge is lasting for use across days too so far (fingers crossed the long charge-ability remains).

For music it's good, but for calls not recommended

It is the worse, u couldn't hear if you are out and if in gym , it's a total waste of money and once u purchase no one will return or replace with some other headphone , the customer care sucks . Amazon is saying go to customer care and customer care saying amazon will return and refund but both are useless and do not help..I hope someone resolves my issue , these headphones are just useless for gym goers etc...
