Nice scope for A R-15. Perfect size, takes a little getting used to. Down side, red laser needs to be adjusted, it's obscured by the front of the scope

This is an absolutely great scope! I was very skeptical about purchasing this in terms of the price. After reading the item description this sounded top notch. And after using it for about a month it certainly holds up. Stays zero without any problems. The red laser is really awesome. I was actually looking to buy that separately so when I seen this combo I became very interested. The red/green illumination comes in handy. There is 5 different intensity settings for each color. Now the knob itself is very stiff to turn. Which I don't mind. Also, this scope comes with windage & elevation adjustments. As it should. Now obviously I could go into detail of everything it has but honestly all I would be doing is repeating what the item description reads. And I'm pretty sure you have already done that so I'm not gonna waste your time. I have nothing bad to say about this scope. It is well-made,packaged very nicley & customer service is outstanding. As I mentioned about the price; I definitely could see this going for much more. I shop around and do my research and this is one of those times it payed off.*Also, I received two sets of batteries (both scope & laser) which Is pretty thoughtful.*And it does fit on my AR-15 20mm picatinny rail securely.I definitely recommend this product. I installed a picatinny rail on my Marlin 336 shooting 30-30. Sighted it in at 25 yards fairly quickly. The elevation was easy to dial in. The windage was a little more difficult but not bad. The scope is definitely good for what I need. If you are shooting a rifle at shorter ranges this is a great budget option. Think 22LR 223 and 30-30. The eye relief isn’t great. You need to have your eye in align to hold dead center without getting that dark ring around the sight picture. The parallax seems OK, but not as great as higher end optics. But for the price can you really expect all the high end features? If you’re someone who goes to the range once or twice a year this is for you. If you go more than that and you like nicer things then I would pass on this and get a vortex. For the price and my use I would say I am very happy.

Good for close range so it works great on my 22 lr.

Scope felt fairly well made/heavy for a $50 scope, was optimistic. I added batteries to the compartment for illuminating crosshairs and once it lit up it was hit or miss as to the "clicks" lighting up. 1-5, maybe 2 of them lit up for the gradient/dimming it's supposed to have. A couple taps on the side & it'd flicker & come on.Laser was totally inoperable - tried 2 of the 6 included batteries (gives it an extra star that they were supplied) but neither got the laser working. Tried +\- flipped over with both batteries, as I know sometimes batteries just expire & maybe sat in a warehouse for too long. No dice either way.The hit/miss of the illumination & no-hits with the laser led me to the conclusion that it's just got some sloppy connections on the inside. I'd guess some work, some don't.Overall, felt like a heavier, well-made piece, not just light plastic, and optics were pretty clear. Just returning because if I paid "X" amount for laser & illumination, I'm sure there are others out there that will deliver for the same price.
