Not sure how to rate/review this because every cat will be different in terms of health and cause of issues. My cat was very unwell with kidney disease and a nasty kidney infection at the time. She is 21y/o, short haired. I tried this because it had the bonus of pro and prebiotics but I can't comment on that really. I tried it over other products because I was worried about laxatives that act as dietetic by drawing fluid into the intestines putting further stress in her kidneys. Happy to report that there were no bad side effects.It didn't work for my cat and I ended up buying catalax which did work.My cat had no issues with the taste once mixed into a lickylick, I think she probably quite liked the taste.

I gave it to my very constipated cat 🐈‍⬛ I gave him 2ml on day 1 and 2 mixed with some melted chicken fat and he loved it- licked it all up!2 days later he is sorted. Could not be happier 🐈‍⬛👍😀

Worked as advertised on our moggy who became a bit unregular. Doubt the rest of the bottle will be used though as he seems fine now. Served its purpose though, so can recommend.

I tried this as my cat was ill with vestibular problem and was having trouble going toilet, I used this for 4 days and she didn't go, so did nothing, just paying for a bottle of gravy, I'd stick with vet recommended items.

Haven't used it yet but came on time and it's all looking good
