Do these bases work with a winchester model 70 classic stainless with boss? the receiver top is not flat in the back.

I can tell you they do not work on a slanted Savage, I ran out of elevation when mounting a Burris eliminator 3, it works fine on my Winchester model 70 coyote light

Will it fit a Winchester 308 bolt action

Fitment will be determined by model, this is for the Winchester Model 70 only. any other model may not work with these bases, but chances are good that a winchester bolt action would be the Model 70

What’s the moa? 0 or 20

MOA stands for "minute of angle" which means that the point of impact is 1/4", 1/2", or 1" which means that the bullet will move that much for each click of the windage and elevation knob. I have no idea what 0 or 20 means. Hope this helps. Alex Z.
