Great product! Now I can regulate my dose below 100% daily value. Most companies just throw the max dose at you which can cause health problems. I dont want to take 1000% daily value vitamins so having it in a tincture works perfect. 4 dros equals about 70% daily value.

Trying it with my drink
Not sure if it can be external use (I rubbed it on my arms as skin care) but it smells great, adding a couple of drops into my cocktails this weekend and see how it works.
