Metabolic Maintenance - 5-MTHF L-Methylfolate 2.5 mg

My functional physician put me on this brand three years ago and it has done wonders for me! It's the bio-available wind beneath my wings. Since I weaned up from the 1mg to 2.5mg and on up to the 5mg versions, this has been a miracle. Now that my bloodwork has leveled out, I have now backed down to this 2.5mg dosage with no issues. I count on the quality and availability I get from Metabolic Maintenance. I have eliminated all packaged foods fortified with synthetic folic acid. No more joint pain and my mood is stable as well. I do have to balance this with a co-enzymated B complex and hydroxocobalamin (my using methylcobalamin makes for too many methyl groups for me and makes me jittery). I am super happy with this brand.

We have discovered the MTHFR gene mutation runs in our family. This is the brand and dosage the doctor recommended for us. I am taking this along with Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) & Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) and NOW CurcuBrain. I have never felt better! My aches and pains are gone. I have more mental clarity and my mood has improved. This has been the answer to my prayers. I sure hope it helps others as well.

I started buying this brand a few years ago and have come to trust it above others. I use this in combination with high doses of B12 and B6 to replicate the Metanx prescription more affordably. I have tried a couple other brands and noticed my neuropathy symptoms return almost immediately. Wish it was a bit less expensive.

I adding this into my supplement regimen. I have mthfr and my homocysteine was at 11! Added this easily with no side effects and it works like a charm! I will definitely continue to use this product! 100% recommend

Delivered quickly. Easy to swallow. They work as my dr advised they would to keep the mood up. They are a bit pricey.
