Excelent trimmer
I’ve been using the Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 5000 for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The build quality feels solid and durable. It comes with multiple attachments that make trimming my beard, hair, and even nose hair super easy and precise. The battery life is great — it lasts a long time on a single charge, and it’s quick to recharge too. Cleaning is simple since the attachments are easy to remove and rinse under water. Overall, this grooming kit delivers excellent performance and value for the price. Definitely a must-have for anyone who wants a versatile and reliable trimmer!

Great for everyday uses!
The Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 5000 is a versatile and convenient all-in-one grooming solution, providing 18 attachments for tackling beard, face, hair, body, and intimate trimming needs. Its DualCut self-sharpening blades promise long-lasting sharpness without the need for oiling, and the long-lasting battery offers up to 3 hours of cordless use with a quick charge option. While some users find it less ideal for longer hairstyles and note the absence of a wall adapter, the overall consensus highlights its ease of use, comprehensive functionality, and good value for effectively managing various grooming tasks.

Reliable and Versatile – Great Value for the Price
Good shaver with a nice variety of heads for different functions. It holds a charge really well, is lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to clean. It also comes with a pouch, though it’s not the best quality—which is kind of expected at this price. The only downside is that everything gets tangled in the pouch, so you end up digging around to find the right piece. It hasn’t pulled my hair so far, and it’s really handy for trimming my head and works well on the chest too. The ear and nose hair attachment, though, is hit or miss. One thing I wish it had is a USB-C charging port—it would’ve made things a lot more convenient.Overall, it’s a solid shaver for the price you’re paying

Best one yet!
I tried other razors. This one is my favorite. I use it to cut my hair, trim my beard and body hair. Works nice and smooth without pulling hair. The blades are very sharp. The battery last a very long time. I’ve used it several times before charging it. Overall best money I’ve spent on a grooming tool

Works excellent, great buy!
This is perfect for the at home barber. I use this to cut my son and husband’s hair and can even do fun fades like they’d get from a professional. Being cordless is such a nice feature too. I’m very happy with the quality I got for such a low price. Within 5-10 minutes I’ve saved myself $$$ from sending them to the barber.

Amazing product!!!
One of the best products I've bought on here.I like to save money and doing so I like to but my own hair. This is the product I use. I cut my hair with it. I trim my nose hair with it. Trim my little facial hair with it and other areas as well. The Battery Last so long. I've had this for years and I've only charged it about 3 times. Amazing battery life.Would buy again if needed.

If the electrical cord fails to charge or re-charge it, use the USB - it will work
Great product. In fact the most amazing product EVER!!It was a fathers day gift given by my son and I would rate it as a dad's best friend!!It is absolutely flawless and resilient. Teh first charge lasted me a whole year. And then it would not charge again a second time.Just stopped charging.Almost a year had passed. And I wasn't sure about the warranty.Just would not recharge with the electrical cord they sent.Tried multiple outlets. Multiple days of charging. No success. My son advised me to call the manufacturer - a great company with great products. So I called Philips.Prompt response.took down my info. And mailed me a new one.But the new unit too wouldn't charge in any outlet! So I called them again. No one is a technical expert at their end. Just a customer service team. They offered to again mail me a 3rd one. I told them to only send the hand held. They still mailed the entire unit with all the attachments again. Just the way the world is nowadays. Such a waste.Anyway, tried charging and again same issue. None of them would charge. In any outlet. I checked all outlets with my phone charger and it was not the outlet issue. Very, very puzzling. So, this time, I decided to troubleshoot it myself. I am part of a generation that grew up with electronic devices that used to be repairable ("Right to Repair" in the EU is now a thing). My running theory was that perhaps the battery came discharged badly during storage (temperature or prolonged storage perhaps) or it might be a manufacturing issue. The unit though is fused, and sealed and there is no way to replace just the battery (what a shame). It is an integrated battery with the unit all in one.The unit meanwhile also comes with an older-USB piece (No end-piece to put into an outlet, though- which sucks). So, one day, frustrated, I dug out an older USB-type end piece and used that to connect their USB cord and plugged it into the electrical outlet to see if that charging method works. Many times rechargeable batteries need the exact, right voltage at a steady rate. perhaps teh adapter heads are configured badly. So I used the USB cable.Guess what? The unit re-charged!!Now I went back to the 2nd unit. And that charged as well with the USB cable!!!As did the first unit, too!!Tried every cord with every unit.It is the electrical cords that are faulty and won't work.Clearly, then, their electrical cord is designed for a specific voltage and current that is INCOMPATIBLE with the battery's charging requirements. So much for QA. And having no tech support to receive feedback. Ah well. It is 2024.
