To open u need to enter the password and also the finger print .Coin u can insert from top and notes you just have to place and it slides automatically.Which is so interesting for kids. It's very attractive product...my daughter loved it... I'm having issues while changing password... that' the only reason for 4 star rating. I had changed password after that it opened with new password ....and while opening it again it says wrong password so I have to remove batteries and set default password.. default password works perfectly.
