Windows 11 - 2 External monitors
My goal was: Connect a second external monitor and use at least one more USB 3 port for external hard disk.My laptop does not have HDMI port, and only one Thunderbolt 4 is available.Connected to 2 external monitors on Windows 11 - like a charm.Used 2 external Hard Disks via USB 3.1 ports - worked perfectly.

Very convenient, easy to use
Using this on a new laptop on my desk. With the lightening C I can plug in LAN, monitor, printer, wireless keyboard and mouse, USB thumb drive and power supply. If I want to move the laptop all I have to do is unplug one cable. When I come back to my desk all I have to do is plug it back in.

Started glitching lately but seller made it right
6/18/2025 Update:The seller contacted me and provided a full refund. I did not see any warranty information on the product page so this was a welcomed surprise, especially since the return window was already closed. This post-sales support was 5* even if the product itself was far from that. As a result, I have adjusted my product rating from 1*.The product was good while it lasted. I recently noticed others had similar issues with the docking station failing slowly, but many did not... your miles will definitely vary. Best of luck!Original review:My computer started randomly glitching and resetting my monitors, keyboard, and mouse. The actual laptop does not reset. Everything just goes black and then restarts. I lose network and all other connections when it occurs. Very weird. Just started a few weeks ago. This seems to be the culprit as connecting without it and I see no issues. Well... I guess it was good while it lasted.

It offers many 10gb ports of various types but the HDMI is limited.
Connections work well however the HDMI ports only get 4K 30Hz even though it is advertised as 4K 60 Hz (even with 100W power supply plugged in). I contacted the company to inquire about this but never got a response.

Helped my home office
I needed a docking station that work not only when I used my personal laptop but also with my work laptop. I like have multiple screens when using the laptop especially for work. Also being able to plug in my wireless keyboard and mouse so I can use that keyboard instead of the laptop. I'm able to function in the way that is necessary
