I bought it because I am not buying the most expensive meat but still wanted to enjoy steak. Following the instructions it really works. It adds a bit of saltiness to the taste but it is not too bad. I will definitely continue using it and probably will buy it again.

tried it on 2 real tuff elk back strap cuts. It works, but the thicker the cut, the more you need. Follow directions.
