Fun for all the family
Our family really enjoys playing this game (even mom will play!). Our youngest is 6, and she has no problem understanding the rules. She doesn't really grasp the all bonus combos yet though, but she has a lot of fun building the pyramid. Sometimes our 8 year old forgets to play an ice block after swapping tiles, but she often wins even when that happens. It's a quick game and the pace increases as you build more levels. The components are nice and chunky and the artwork on the cards is fun to look at.

Fun Game with Cool Components!
Awesome, solid game! We play a lot of modern hobby board games and this one instantly drew us in just from the unique look and components in the game! It’s definitely one that if you’re playing, people likely would come by as you’re playing to say “woah, what is this!?”!I’d say my only downside is that it plays 3 really well (that’s a pro), but every other player count has something slightly funky about it. I’d say some won’t care and like it, but with all the games we own, I’d say if I’m not playing at 3 players, we probably would chose something else. Not that it’s bad at 2 or 4, but just not as good as we know it can be. Turns are pretty quick and it definitely has the feel of that “point salad” type game when it comes to scoring - which some love and some don’t. We like it and think it strikes a good balance of fun, ease of learning; and strategy! Definitely recommend!
