I have used whitening strips before however the carrier film appear to be made of thinner material than others previously used and therefore proved more difficult to apply (particularly on my lower teeth). As for making your teeth white yeh good product but teeth need to be completely 100% dry if not they won’t stick on at all and even when you do can easily come off in your mouth and once you’ve taken them off you get left a horrible gel in your mouth which gets between your teeth. Personally I much rather“hismile” they work really well and I have had no fault with them, can do them on the way to work as there’s not “gel” left behind
