I have been using this type of tape for quite a long time and it was the right moment to get another set because I ran out and after some research I have seen this one which considering that he has two roles I have decided to give it a try.It is very simple to use and the good part is that it holds properly and this is what it counts the most and something quite important that I wanted to mention about this product is the fact that it is easy to remove from the skin.At the back it has the paper that has to be removed and what I like is that it has increments which means that I can plan exactly how much I have to cut in order to get the same length all the time.Based on the quantity, most likely this tape should last for a decent amount of time, probably somewhere around two months in my case and without any doubt I will get more in the future.

These done the job I bought them for. Not too sticky that they hurt when removing.

It does not stay in place. I have had to replace it every day.

Very disappointed with this. Wouldn't but it again.

Rubbish no support

It lasts a very long time and you can wear it underwater however I wouldn’t really recommend it as it does sometimes peel up. I find it’s a little expensive but overall worth it especially in comparison to tapes marketed specifically for trans people

This is labeled as trans tape but doesn't hold and comes off easily. Wouldn't recommend for trans tape. Muscle tape, maybe.

There are many brands of kinesiology tape on Amazon. I have personally tried several and the truth is that most of them are absolutely identical aside from the packaging. This tape is one of those that is indistinguishable from competitor brands so the choice of which one to buy really comes down to price.The tape sticks well and will last for multiple days unless applied somewhere particularly sweaty. It stretches as expected and comes with a grid pattern on the backing paper to make it easier to measure and cut. When applied correctly, I find it effective for managing patellar tendon issues. For some other injuries the benefit is less noticeable.Other brands come in cardboard boxes, this comes in a resealable plastic pouch, which is probably less recyclable. Currently you get two rolls for £8.99, which is a decent price.
