These cookies are Awsome not the bigger ones just the right size

We used these as part of my son's valentines. His box was a toaster with a waffle popping out, so we attached cards to these that said things like "You're waffley cool!" They were a hit. The kids thought they were delicious. They were fresh and really cute. They are quite small.

They taste like I remember. However, I was a little disappointed that 4 of the packages were open/ not sealed.

Taste just like you got it out of a supermarket fresh

I think I've only had these on airplanes before? But I remembered them sort of fondly when I ordered them. The flavor is spot on, as I remembered. They're tasty - caramelly with a hint of cinnamon, I think?The consistency, however, was a little off, I thought. I wouldn't call it soggy, exactly, but the outer shell of these is as chewy as the middle, which I'm not sure is the original intention. I thought the outer part is supposed to have a tiny bit of crunch to it, with the middle being super chewy. I could be wrong. Maybe that's not possible when they're packaged for so long. Also not helping, perhaps, is that my package sat for a couple hours in a mailbox in the sun on a 90 degree day. The cookies' insides didn't melt, though, which surprised me. Perhaps they melted into the waffle part, which softened them up. Who can say?Anyway, one thing to be aware of is the size. I knew they were "mini", but didn't realize just how small these were going to be! My picture shows the package next to a credit card sized ticket, just for reference. The actual cookie is probably about the size of a half dollar.
