Delivery was very fast within 2 days of ordering and was well packed. Was easy to assemble. The chair and stool were as the photo and were of good quality and very comfortable to sit on. Excellent value for money. There was a problem with the chair support welding which caused it to wobble but after contacting them this was dealt with very quickly, politely and very professionally and a replacement was received a few days later. I can’t praise them enough for their exceptional customer service. I would definitely buy from this company again and would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Not been used inappropriately in any way, used as a gaming chair. Broken after 6 months. Welding at the bottom has given way. Very Poor quality and poor after sale service. Quite frankly after the 6 month warranty ran out the chair became dangerous. My advice would be to stay away from this item. I message the seller that there is a flaw in the welding, but they were not interested in anyway. It has a 6 month warranty is all they would say. Checking back I had the chair for 6 months and a day. If you are going to spend this amount on a chair, I would suggest you spend it elsewhere.

Really nice chair, very comfortable but not very strong at the base!Within a few days of using the chair the bottom weld had given way.After numerous emails and many weeks later the chair was replaced, but with the base in exactly the same state (see pictures) It would of easily given way again so I had a local workshop weld both sides of the base bracket to give it the strength it needs. There’s is to much pressure on the weld which the chair is supplied with. I understand why they have welded it from underneath, for cosmetic reasons. But the base really needs that extra weld otherwise it would happen again.Overall pleased with the company and the chair itself. Is it worth £190? I don’t think it is personally.If you buy this chair I would recommend getting the base welded (like in the picture which I painted black)Hope this helps

Firm but comfortable. I relax in this most evenings.I wanted something cheap and cheerful as a temporary fix.This is a great armchair and footstool - easy to assemble and delivered very quickly.Lovely light fabric, hardwearing.

I bought this for my partner as she was heavily pregnant. While it is very comfortable and the design is nice, it has always leaned to the side. Upon closer inspection, I can see that it has been badly welded underneath and this has subsequently snapped. My partner is not very heavy at all and for this to have happened is clearly a manufacturing fault. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase.
