Tastes great. Texture is like soft gummy bears. It works and the value is decent.

(1) no one can prove that these things work; (2) in my opinion the only gummy that can be proven to work is the Sleep ones as you can feel yourself getting tired. For instance how are you going to prove that an immunity gummies going to work? If you don't get sick it doesn't mean the gummy helped you; (2) they taste absolutely delicious which is also worrisome. Normally things that are healthy don't taste good; (3) they’re extremely- overpriced at almost a dollar apiece. I eat them like their candy.

Purchased these after Norovirus hit the whole family as an attempt to get electrolytes into both kids and senior citizens (both uniquely prone to rejecting pedialyte and Gatorade).They taste fine and I prefer the texture to Clif bloks which I normally consume while hiking. Overall, exactly what I needed.

These do NOTHING. I purchased since I get very dehydrated working in construction outside in 90 degree heat every day. I sweat so much that I cannot replenish my body with the electrolytes I need to avoid heat stroke and dehydration no matter how much I try to drink normal fluid. I turned to this product and it made zero difference. Tastes good but that’s about the extent of it and for the price I could buy 20 pounds of gummy bears if I wanted a treat.
