I can't find fault wit this heart friend mix of dried fruits. One bag is incredibly filling and I can't eat more than half of one in one sitting, so I have half around 11am and the rest at around 3pm.I love the taste of this mix and although I don't know if they're heart friendly or blood pressure lowering, this *has* to be healthier than chocolates and crisps.

This is a good quality product, packed full of a mixture of different dried fruits and nuts.The title encourages you to try the product. I simply love this mix, and it's low on calories, too, it jazzes up weetabix or porridge turning a plain breakfast into something really tasty.I usually either add it to porridge for breakfast or just eat it as a snack. It tasted very fresh and flavorful. You feel you are eating something healthy and it gives you a boost and energy when you hit a low spot in the day.A great balance mix of everything, highly recommend.

Lovely mixture of nuts and fruit.Very tasty.BIG packets - I actually have to put it into a resealable bag or pot as I can’t eat a whole packet in one go….This is a good thing as each packet lasts a long time.
