I received a scrawny plant with many burnt leaves - BEWARE
The 1st Ponytail Palm I ordered was just like the picture. Very full and well developed. Home Depot was selling these scrawny PonyTails for $15 but I chose to spend more than double that to get a nicer one like the one I had received previously. But when I opened the package I was sorely disappointed. The plant I got had a minimal amount of frons that are all going straight up in the air and this plant looks like a very young plant and really only worth $15 at the most. I won't buy from Costa Farms ever again if this is the kind of junk they want to sell. The white pot is the new one.

I could NOT be more pleased with this company and the quality of my Pony Tail Palm! I'm so excited with it...and I'm very spoiled with already having a beautiful, 52-inch Pony Tail Palm; and I did not expect to be so happy with this new little guy! WELL DONE!

Arrived in excellent condition! Buying more!
This plant arrived in better shape than I could have gotten off a shelf at a local store. I also bought the Bird's Nest Fern and I 100% recommend both! Kudos to Costa Farms for an excellent growing and shipping process and also UPS for delivering them as contracted. I'm absolutely buying more Costa Farms plants. New State, new home, need plants and can't find nice plants locally where I live in Arizona!! Yay Costa Farms! Bonus: According to the ASPCA "Toxicity: Non-Toxic to Dogs, Non-Toxic to Cats, Non-Toxic to Horses"

plant is alive, shocked and stressed but it will recover
alive, definitely stressed and poorly shipped, doubt it has seen light in a week or so. rootbound also, definitely needs a transplant. will take weeks for it to recover but it will live. if you can find it locally thats usually a better option
