These probiotics are really effective for digestive health. They are normal size and. not hard to swallow. Plus I didn't notice any weird aftertaste. They basically didn't have a smell either. In my opinion, they're gentle on the stomach and I had no side effects. I would purchase again but I will first try another brand of probiotics then decide which one is best
