I've been using Vital Proteins now for the past few years and have noticed an overall improvement in my skin and overall health. A big bonus is that its a great source of protein. I mix 4 tbsp. in with my hot coffee and it dissolved right away with minimal stirring. You can't really taste it either so it's a great way to get some added protein in your diet.

I noticed the difference in my nails growing and how strong they are. There is absolutely no taste, I put it in my cup of tea every morning.

I ordered this product in the 20 oz. size twice before and was very satisfied. This time, I was sent the 9 oz. product and was charged the same price as for the 20 oz. Also, there was no security seal on the tub, which there was on the other two deliveries in the past, and the product has colored specks/particles that were not in the prior batches. It also has a smell unlike the first two batches. Finally, when I opened the tub, it was only half full. This order was a rip-off and disappointing, for sure.

I’ve been using this now for almost 2 yrs. I mix with my coffee every morning. It has helped with my joint pain. My finger nails are now stronger and I have also noticed better gut health.

This for a certainty helps with my bad knees. If I go two days without it my knees start being extremely painful again. This isn't a cure but it sure improve my ability to get around! I also noticed my hair is not falling out like it used to. I am now on a monthly subscription for it. Oh, and no noticeable taste.
