Missing Bluetooth spen
Phone works great and looks excellent, however, it did not come with the Bluetooth spen and was not listed in the description.

Still in pristine condition
I was a little hesitant to go with a refurbished item but I decided to roll the dice. Besides, if it wasn't as it claimed, could always return it. Didn't have a single mark on it and I'm very pleased with the purchase

Locked phone
Phone is locked to Verizon. It's not unlocked. I paid an extra 40 dollar fee for fast delivery as I needed a phone for work. Well I paid the extra cash for nothing as I can't use the phone. Now I have to return the phone and wait to get another one or wait for a refund to buy another phone. Not good 👎

Phone was pretty much brand new!
