I love it, but wife wants to steal it bc it’s so dang comfy!!! I am a big dude over weight, I was concerned that my head would be too tall for this thing at 6’2”, but it’s just about right, the rest of it is crazy soft but supportive memory foam; very impressed with the cushioning so far, like I said wife wants to steal it as a comfy chair!!! Scooot!!!Assembly wasn’t horrible, their video was silly but their in-box instructions were spot on and simple to follow. I threw it together in about 45 mins without using power tools, just the allen wrench that came with it, using the box for support like they do in the instructions.Stability, this thing is crazy stable and I’m a big’un at 360, I may get better wheels but the ones that came with it seem ok, not like I’m moving around far so meh. I went with the kinda creamy color thing not knowing what to expect, looks nice and I pored some water on it to see what happens - yep water resistant. I would totally recommend, but also recommend using better tools installing Iwanted to test as is for S’s and giggles.Summary: good for big peeps, use your own tools to install it, follow their directions, it’s nice & I highly recommend it.

This chair is very comfortable and the footrest works smoothly. It rolls pretty well and after a few months of use the footstool shows no sign of bending or damage. Only thing is that this chair is not the easiest to assemble, and you might need two people if you are not strong enough to hold the chair parts level and screw them together at the same time.

1st let me say very very simple to put together great instructions. 2nd love the color and very comfy . 3rd my box came damaged only 1 arm rest was damaged the email and phone number provided on amazon are invalid . I will change my review to 5 stars if they respond and just ship me 1 new arm rest .. so we see.. stay tuned for updateUPDATE:: I got a very quick response to my email and they are sending me a new arm rest .. love my chair . Only thing even though the chair is completely lowered it doesn't fit under my desk since arms do not adjust .. soooooo comfy other wise

I love my chair. I have had it for at least five months now. It is very comfortable and sturdy. It looks great in my office.

Product doesn’t lineup right very cheap quality overrated

I first bought the products for the size because I am a queen size mama. Also, I suffer from hip pain.I do sewing and needed support for my back. This is very comfortable and was easy to assemble. I wasn’t aching after working while sitting in this chair. It means a lot for people who are in pain and can’t sit for long periods. The chair is high-quality, looks beautifuland the fact that it is very comfortable. Made it a winner for me. I’m going to order another For my dressing/make up area.

Chair is comfortable. Rolls nice. Does exactly like it was described. I put 4 stars only because I can't rock with my baby in it. The chair only sits up or lays down if I try to lean back just a bit to rock her. Which is fine because it is an office chair not a rocking chair. If it did that though it would perfect. All that being said great chair. So comfortable I have already fallen asleep in it after finishing my work many times.
