Awesome product, seamless integration, superior range.Customer Service was patient with me being a wifinnovice...I get it now.Don't hesitate on purchasing to mitigate poor wifi coverage from outside. My router in inside under a metal roof the WavLink solved all my issues in yard, guesthouse and shop all with metal roofs....

Works great at the campgrounds with weak WIFI. I first tried a less expensive model that plugged into a wall outlet which worked fine for residential use but did not have the range for campground use. I bit the bullet and ordered this one and it works great. Relatively easy to set up for a non techy guy like me. Very happy with performance of this extender.

Great range and signal strength even at medium power I am getting 200' line of sight full signal.I have it mounted to a 2" post, using the included metal straps it moved around quite a bit but will not fall off. Probably change over to outdoor rated zip ties. Set up wasn't to bad. Wavelink has limited options in the interface, if using as a stand alone device there is nothing to tell you what devices are connected nor how many devices are connected, have to rely on the masted router to see the devices that are connected. Only works as a mesh device with other Waveling devices!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Worked great for my tin shed that had no signal with doors shut. Easy to install and setup.

TLDR - has great range when it works but died in less than 6mos of use. Not reliable -Might work for 6mo or lessBought this and the WAVLINK AX1800 Outdoor in Nov 2024 for the deer lease and set them up in Dec 2024 when I received my Starlink router. The setup is not that great, but being in IT for over 20 years I got it working. The range is great WHEN IT WORKS. I have one mounted on 1 side of our camp and the other on the other side. I could not get the "mesh" to work so not the end of the world just 2 different SSIDs (technically 4 2.4g and 5g). The WAVLINK AX3000 would go offline for days until somebody was out at there to reset it by unplugging the POE+ switch I installed so we didnt have to use the cheap poe it comes with. I ran 2 underground ethernet cables to each for redundancy and have even swapped their positions to make sure it was just the WAVLINK AX3000.Why writing this review? The WAVLINK AX1800 is now flaking out and I wish I would have read more reviews and Good luck trying their support

Haven't been able to use it but I'm sure it will work

The unit greatly expanded the wifi on our farm. Exceptionally easy to set up. The only thing I did differently was to cut a small sliver out of the split grommet to get it to tighten down more on the waterproof POE cable that plugs into the bottom of the unit. The coverage, speed and functionality were exactly as advertised.

Over all it is worth the $ this one has been up since about 2 weeks after I got it and is still working like the day we put it up! Strong signal over the bulk of 3 acres where it does not work as well is in campers on the edges of range, we actually got it to this side of the next road over but it is super weak.
