After reading this book, I feel it is literally written for me as I can relate to almost everything mentioned in the book & I think every parent can relate & reasonate with it.This book has covered the real life day to day parenting struggles & positive strategies to deal with it including more & more examples & cases makes it more interesting & easy to understand.Just few days of reading it & can understand the base of every little thing that we as parents can change & apply to our life not to just bring change in our relation with the child but as our own mental state as well.I can see more cooperation & less struggle with my child when I change my thoughts & choose to be calm ... More acceptance = less struggle...Thank you Ishina mam for sharing much needed information through this amazing book. I wish i got this earlier...Highly recommended ❤️👍

Must buy for all parents. You can totally relate to each and every word on every page. Parenting is not easy however it’s not tough as well. It’s a beautiful experience and evolves with time and as we as parents grow as well. This book guides you with some very basic mantras which continue to resonate in your head every time you face a situation and helps you control , take a pause and react wisely. The book was awesome and it will definitely help to be best parenting guide...I Started reading the book and so overwhelming to read and understand the concepts..Just to say wow and 👏🙏 to this book and i was wondered how much effort would you put for this to understanding a kid in their perspective and guiding them in a right path...Also am just applying the formula (how to handle a kid) to my kid,it works fabulous and am seeing a better change in him..For that i am applying the method to me first,then only it works for our kid ...So i request all mommy's must read and get benefit our of this book...Thanks a bunch to sadhana mam....🙏
