These were a big hit after Easter dinner. Made an assortment of fillings. Chocolate ganache, mini cheese cakes, mini fruit tarts. Used medium rounds and large squares. They didn’t get soggy, held their shape. Nice flavor not overly sweet..just the right combination for the fillings.

These are fantastic. Very nice even brown finish, crunchy, and arrived completely intact and nothing broken. But nice to know that they will refund you for any broken shells.

I am playing a birthday party for my son’s 63 birthday party.onjanuary 18.The fruit tart is his favorite treat, plus Banana cheesecake and other goodies.Unfortunately 50% of the cookie cups were broken

They were perfect for my dessert.I did have 2 that came broken and there is a note stating they will refund for broken units which I haven't contacted them yet. That is probably to be expected but they were packaged nicely.I made my desserts roughly 4 hours ahead. They got a tiny bit softer but held up great. I tried one today, which is the 3rd day from making them, and they are soft but still looked good.I would order again.Just for bakers: I filled mine with 1.5oz of filling which filled about halfway then I topped with meringue. The boxes and plastic holder they come in were great for transporting.

These were just what I needed for a ladies event at my church. They held up well, only one was broken upon arrival. It made my life easier. I filled with lemon curd and some were made into a fruit tart.

They were smaller than I expected, but worked great for the tarts she wanted for her wedding. They didn't get soggy!
