I love this knife it’s beautiful it’s sharp as a razor. I’m used to spring assisted flipper knives. So the button lock took me a bit to figure out to open real quick and lock it in place. Once I did I really like the design. Smooth opening and closing it’s a great solid knife very happy.

Great pocket knife. Feels good in your hand and its a lil snappy for those fidgety days. Blade is very sharp so beware. Would recommend for everyday use.

I took a chance on buying this and i was glad i did...its not as durable as a Buck 110 but nothing else is! Only had it a month but so far im diggin it,its basically a long razor knife and if it holds up well i will more than likely get another one.

This is a pretty cool pocket knife. The action is remarkably smooth and easy. I also like the button lock which works well. The Starflare design appealed because of its distinct appearance. One doesn't see many like it. The only small disappointment has been the design in the Damascus blade. One side looks fine, the other not so much. That's subjective, of course. Fortunately, the less appealing side is the one I don't often see. Overall, it's a great knife and sharp as blazes. Civivi makes some great knives.

The Civivi Starflare is hands down one of the most unique and well-executed knives I've ever seen from Civivi, especially for a button lock. The blade and handle sizes are absolutely perfect for an everyday carry (EDC) knife. When you pick it up, the handle has this really satisfying weight to it, and it just melts into your hand like it was made for it.But what really sets the Starflare apart is the insanely cool engraved design that flows seamlessly from the handle right onto the blade. Combined with the super eye-catching sun-like pivot collars, it gives the knife a totally custom, high-end look and feel, even though it comes at a really budget-friendly price point. And the blade shape isn't just there for looks - it's incredibly practical and useful for all sorts of everyday cutting tasks.Another thing I love about this knife is the detent. It's set a bit stronger than most button locks out there, which means you get this super crisp, snappy action and a really gratifying sound every time you deploy the blade. It's just so much fun to fidget with.The Civivi Starflare totally nails that perfect balance between looking like a top-shelf custom knife while still having all the practical features you want in an EDC, like a great weight, blade shape, size, and an affordable price.

This knife is one that people will notice and complement. It's light and nible even for its size, it feels balanced in my large hands. The blade appearance is stunning and the red aluminum really sets it off. The shooting stars on it really please my inner astronomy nerd. The action is smooth and positive. Now for the bad, my complaint with the knife design is that the point feels fragile and the grind of the factory bevel is absolutely terrible and uneven. It's sharp about midway up the blade to the point, then midpoint to the heel, it's got all the edge of a butterknife. This is easily resolved by my WickedEdge. The point however, that is pushing me to not carry this knife as an edc. I'll probably stick with my kershaws to beat on at work to cut gas hoses, straps, cardboard, plastic bags for parts, etc. Beautiful knife for carrying outside of work but definitely not an everyday kind of knife for a welder. It sure is a looker though and I don't regret the purchase one bit.

Completely satisfied with the entire process. Knife is beautiful, priced very reasonably, delivered in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier.
