No doubt, the best krill oil available by far.
Love krill oil but not the fishy taste repeating on me. This brand has no fishy aftertaste at all. I am shocked because upon sniffing inside the container (like you do) I can smell the krill oil, I thought ‘here we go, same as the rest’ but absolutely not!!!! To aftertaste at all, 2 months on. Health wise, these capsules are 100% the best I have had in 20 years! So glad I gave them a go and would not take any other brand.

Good bottle of Antartic krill oil with nice branding but relatively expensive
At the time of ordering this product to try on the Amazon Vine programme it was £39.99 but it has since been reduced to almost £30 with an additional 10% discount currently available too.I've nearly finished the bottle of capsules with a recommended dosage of two capsules per day.I've tried taking them at different times of the day but have found at night is best as that is when I'm least likely to suffer the dreaded 'fish burps'. I've only suffered with this relatively rarely since taking these and that was mainly after doses taken in the morning, so I've taken to swallowing them at night time. This seems to be where cheaper capsules differ to the more expensive counterparts as 'fish burps' used to be a regular thing but the capsules we take these days it seems to be less of a problem. The bottle is branded nicely, reflecting NY03 as a Norwegian company but sourcing the krill oil from the Antarctic (which is a common source). The ingredients are outlined in the item description reflecting a two-capsule dose and have a good amount of the good stuff (Omega-3, EPA, DHA, phospholipids, Choline and Astaxanthin). However, to justify the relatively high price of this bottle I did a little research to see whether they contained a very high amount of these ingredients compared to other krill oil capsules on the market.A quick check against the Amazon choice in this category shows that there isn't really much in it (when comparing two capsules vs two capsules) and the Amazon choice was significantly cheaper, so I was left feeling that perhaps even at the reduced price this NY03 krill oil is still a little on the expensive side based on the ingredients it offers. It has nice branding and the capsules are sized OK for just swallowing dry but to be a regular user of these and get the long term benefits of relieving joint pain and stiffness, immune system boost, eye and skin health etc they'd have to be reduced further to justify choosing them over the many other krill oil capsules on the market. It's 4 stars from me.

The product the vitamin content required from the the product in question.

A Nifty Little Ocean Secret
Well, then, diving straight into the deep blue sea of supplements, I've recently had a go at the NYO3 Krill Oil, boasting a whopping 1000mg of Omega 3, EPA, and DHA in each of those 90 softgels. Coming from the Antarctic, no less – you'd think they'd have a bit of a chilly reception, but let's see.First Impressions:The packaging is straightforward, nothing fancy, but it's what's inside that counts, right? The softgels are, thankfully, not the size of a submarine. They're pretty manageable, even for someone who's not keen on swallowing what looks like a mini torpedo every morning.Dive Deeper:Now, I've been on this Omega 3 train for a bit, trying to keep the old ticker in check and the brain as sharp as a tack, especially with a wee one keeping me on my toes and sleep more of a concept than a practice. After a few weeks on the NYO3, I've noticed a bit more pep in my step. Could be placebo, could be the krill magic – either way, I'm not complaining.Pros:Brain Boost: I've felt a bit more switched on, which is a miracle, considering the baby-induced sleep deprivation.Heart Health: The old heart seems to be humming along nicely, and if these tiny sea creatures are to thank, then cheers to them.Easy Swallowing: No need to practice your sword-swallowing act, these gel caps go down easy.Sustainable Source: It's from the Antarctic. As far as I'm aware, the krill didn't put up much of a fight, and it's a more sustainable option than other fish oils.Cons:Fishy Business: There's a slight oceanic aftertaste. Not quite like kissing a sea lion, but it's there.Cost: Not the cheapest option in the supplement sea. But then again, quality over quantity.Burp Alert: You might surprise yourself with a krill-flavoured burp here and there. Not exactly minty fresh. In the vast ocean of supplements, the NYO3 Krill Oil is a decent catch. It's got the goods – Omega 3, EPA, DHA, and a sustainability badge to boot. Sure, it's a bit pricier, and you might have the occasional maritime burp, but if it keeps the brain fog at bay and the heart ticking nicely, it's a small price to pay. Plus, it's a conversation starter – how many people do you know chowing down on Antarctic krill every morning?
