Easy to swallow and product is as expected.

I like taking the raw form but wanted to try capsules for traveling. I just can't confirm nor deny that capsules are the 'real deal'. I can't tell any difference & am skeptical about capsules being able to capture the real essence.

My husband takes a shilajit supplement every day. He began with a paste, dissolved into water, but it didn't taste very good so he switched to capsules. These work for him the same way as other brands he's tried. They're your typical capsule-sized supplement; easy to swallow and he says they don't leave an aftertaste. In comparison to other brands, the price is in the midrange. I will most likely order these for him again.

I have taken the whole bottle and I find myself feeling better! Just had my bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago and all metals are all within range. I feel like I have good energy and feel healthier. The capsules are easy to swallow and it's only 2 per serving. Love it!

I had high hopes for these shilajit capsules, because I don’t care for the taste of regular shilajit. However, I was disappointed by these capsules. First of all, they are huge and hard to swallow. The biggest concern I had, though, was that I am not entirely sure these contain real shilajit, and I’m pretty sure it’s not much, if they do.I have ordered several different varieties of shilajit over time, and it always comes as a thick, black goo that tastes and smells like rotting wood (which makes sense, since it comes from rotted organic matter). However, these capsules contained some kind of powder, not liquid. It’s possible they dehydrated and powdered the shilajit to put it in the capsules. However, when I broke open the capsules and tried the powder, it doesn’t taste anything like shilajit- there is no odor at all, and there is next to no flavor. So, considering the strong flavor that shilajit normally has, I’m concerned that these capsules either don’t contain any shilajit, or they contain very little.Since there is really no way to confirm that these actually contain the amount of shilajit they claim, I would not order these again.
