This arrived toward the end of the delivery period stated which was good..Looking at the instruction ' leaflet ' , I had to make various assumptions and guesses about this product that the Leaflet failed to explain. There was also information on the Amazon web page that was excluded from the Instruction Leaflet for some reason.Although the Doorbell mounting could be secured well to a wall or door, the doorbell is fixed by an inadequate clip system which is most insecure and could cause the Doorbell to detach easily (see photo) unless the supplied double sided sticky pad is used, however, this is not really an option as the doorbell also requires recharging (not documented) and there are two undocumented Ports on the back ..see photo.. (one I have identified as an USB port and fits the supplied charging cable, the other looks like a TF Card input.... but as there is a TF Card input on the Monitor as well... which TF slot do you put the Card in to.?). So using new sticky pad after every Doorbell recharge would become quite inconvenient in order to secure the Doorbell to its mounting properly.If there is no Wifi, how do you communicate with visitors when you are away from home.?There is a label on the back of the Monitor that specifies the battery within should only be used for emergency situations... This is not mentioned either in the Instruction Leaflet or on the Amazon web page and indicates that the Monitor should be always Mains Power driven which is not what was advised. ( see photo)By the Tracking information, this product has travelled directly from China, so a Return or Refund would probably be unlikely.... so I am really stuck with a product that basically is ' not fit for purpose '.
