DING DONG
Ding Dong!! Easy to pair with older Physen doorbells and ringers, in fact it was simple to do. Good quality, loud, easy to install and lots of ring tones to choose from. I’d recommend without any hesitation.

It works and solved a problem of diminished hearing as I can plug in the receiver wherever i am
Good product that was easy to set up and install. I probably should have got one with more receivers but 3 will have to do. Now I can hear when someone presses my doorbell no matter where I am in the house or garage.

That rings a bell
An excellent product and it looks good too. Easy to set up and even works combined with previous versions. It has a secret function which allows devices to play multiple chimes when synced to extra bell buttons. This is deal for internal communication - I can’t get over how good this feature is. Problem is, you can’t buy separate bell buttons. Some decent chimes but like most other electronic door bells, most of the silly chime choices are just a nuisance to scan through. Does not use AA batteries as specified, but a 23A 12volt, which is probably better than the standard button battery.

it works
installed this throughout the house, simple set up and works well despite a decent distance and a lot of brick walls between. Was very cheap also. so win win all round.

Excellent
Bought 1st set in 2015 (one receiver has failed).Bought this 3 receivers set to replace that, add another one and keep one spare. All so provides a spare transmitter. These new ones still code to the old ones. The receivers have been improved and you can move through the ringtone selection in either direction. Also you can turn of the ring and just use the light. The transmitter now has a rubber seal fitted on the case closure. The complete transmitter seperates from the back plate now which makes it easier to take it to your receivers if you need to recode them.

Work with my existing Physen doorbell; tune selection forward, back buttons; error in instructions
The receivers pair with & respond correctly to my existing Physen bellpushes as well as the bellpush in this pack. The receivers sound off when any bellpush is pressed as do my existing Physen receivers now I've paired them all.I first bought Physen bellpushes & receivers in 2018 and they have been in use ever since without any problems whatsoever. My existing bellpush is on my [wooden] front door and is very well sheltered by the porchway.I'm soon having my door replaced with a uPVC one.- uPVC doors contain metal bars that give them their strength.- Those bars will hinder the bellpush's WiFi signals.I'll have to seek the builder's advice about a good location for the bellpush. If it will no longer be sheltered by the porch, I'll build some sort of housing over the top of it to prevent water incursion since I'm always skeptical of "waterproof" claims. Having said that, the new bellpush clearly has an improved seal around its edges so perhaps I won't need to add a housing.Despite the fifty something 'tunes' available I set mine to ding-dong, ding-dong. I think there are about half a dozen others that I might be happy with if I get fed up with ding-dong, ding-dong.One very good improvement in this product is that there are now forward & back tune selection buttons on the receivers.[My old Physen receivers only have a forward button so, if I click again after finding the tune that I probably want, I have to go all the way round the houses to get back to the desired tune.]I now have a receiver in every room.- All my receivers are set to maximum volume. The receivers do have lower volume levels [that I don't bother with].- If I am in a room when the Physen receiver goes off, it startles me even if I have the telly/music on loud.- If a Physen receiver goes off right outside the room & the door is closed, a loud telly/music can drown it out.The battery in the doorbell is type Energizer A23, Duracell MN21 [one comes with the pack so there's no need for a separate purchase yet].I have only had to replace the battery once since 2018.The receivers are mains-powered so they have no batteries. The review dated 17 July 2019 that says there is no battery in the bellpush must be referring to a different product. The error in the instructions:- In the diagram on page 7, the labels for the Up & Down buttons are accidentally reversed.- In para 7 on that page, the Reset procedure is initiated by long-press on the button next to the Volume botton [and not the one furthest away from it as the incorrect diagram labelling would have us believe].- I have tested the corrected Reset procedure on all three of these Physen receivers & on another I bought a few weeks ago.[Several old reviews make me think that people were unable to Reset their receivers in order to start again.]The problem for which I needed to Reset a receiver was that, after I had paired it with an additional doorbell, the receiver started sounding off randomly & of its own accord even when no doorbells were being pressed. Now that I have used the corrected Reset procedure, the problem has disappeared.I have re-paired the problem receiver with every doorbell & it once again works correctly, it only sounds off when a doorbell is pressed.
