Great Pump... Like NEW
I was super worried when I noticed that I was getting a "USED" pump.... However ....Once I received it all those worries melted away.... Our pump appeared in Mint new condition....quite Prestine in fact... The Box was not so Pretty. And the pump works perfectly. Love it Thank you. We use it with Bestway steel pole 10' x 30" pool and it's perfect Thank you for Great Customer Service. Oh The Life Lessons I Learn ~ Phillipians 4:6 ~ Blessings O:)

Easy to set up, powerful suction, much better filter than what came with the pool

Good flow
Had to replace the one that came with the pool, it just stopped working after 2 months! Hoping this one lasts longer! The hoses from the older one doesn't fit tight enough, keep leaking!

Pump stopped working and Customer service not the greatest
I purchased this pump The end of May and received it within three days so shipping was super fast. The pump Was easy to install. The problem I had with the pump was that quit working. I notified Amazon that the pump was no longer working and they said I needed to reach out to the seller. I did reach out to the seller was told that I needed to reach out to best way due to the fact that there was only a 60 day return policy. my pump quit working within that 60 days so they did send me a return address label. My complaint is Last Items won’t tell me if they are replacing the pump or refunding the pump. All I need is a pump that works.

This filter is so much better and stronger than the one the pool came with. It keeps the pool cleaner and I only have to clean the filter once in a while

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE product. The first pump I bought from here was not made right on the bottom so it leaked. They replaced it with a new one and now this one the motor stopped working after a few minutes. These pumps are too expensive to not work! Since I ordered the first pump in July, I cannot replace this second pump since the exchange time is over with!

Good pump
I like everything except the timer on the switch. I have to be available to reset the timer at max setting every 19 hours. This has proved inconvenient on several occasions since I purchased this pump. Would rather have had info about the timer in the description to be better informed before purchase. Do not like the timer function.

So worth the upgrade
2 things - its twice as strong has the one from the box so cuts filter time in 1/2. second thing it has a timer on it which makes it so nice. The timer works in 2 hour increments. Same filter as original with pool and it does come with 3 tubes to connect to pool
