This cassava flour is a great alternative to wheat flour. Perfect for gluten-free diet. Cassava is the sole ingredient, so you don't need to worry about any other unnecessary ingredients in this product. This flour works as well as a regular flour. A bit less chewy and tasty, but still a great alternative.

Great alternative
If you're gluten-free then you would probably really love this. There is not too much difference from this compared to normal wheat flours. At least in my case I do not notice anything to drastic. When you use it in baking it does seem to hold up well enough and I love to make pancakes using this. It has a much preferred taste rather than using chickpea flour so I will probably stick to cassava instead. Overall I love to use this in vegan recipes as well and I appreciate this brand offering a pure form of it!
