Great for crumb coating cakes, very easy to use

Why didn’t I have one before?! I have a variety of scrapers for cake decorating but needed a tall one for big cakes. This does the job perfectly and is of the quality that you expect from Wilton.

Get a very smooth finish on, buttercream and ganache, but not sure about the raised bit in middle, I find a bit uncomfortable for me to hold. But it’s very good quality and feels nice and sturdy.

This is a great tool for ensuring your buttercream/icing has a smooth finish. Really easy to use to smooth both the top and sides for a professional looking cake. Easy to hold whilst using and washes well when hand washed; I have not tried putting it in the dishwasher. Glad I bought this after much deliberation. Wish I had bought it years ago.

Easy to use, excellent quality

Im a hobby baker but this has been ok for me. The edges do feel a bit rough/sharp so im going to be care not to catch myself on it.Im not sure if this is going to affect my cake decorating as im only just starting out so it could well be my skills. Overall its sturdy and ive found it useful.

I was very impressed with this product. I used it, for the first time, in decorating a drip cake, for which the sides need to be very smooth indeed. As this two tier cake was very tall (14 egg cake) it needed a long smoother, and this did the job perfectly. I would not hesitate in recommending this product, and wish I had bought it ages ago!

Does the job. Can be messy but if you're a Baker you'll figure it out
