Brought these on a whim as hit a bout of insomnia, I have an excellent sleep hygiene, I do aerobic exercise every morning and I don’t have any issue normally, although I’ve never been great getting to sleep since giving up wee* years ago. I did purchase a manta sleep mask at the same time of ordering these and for the last two weeks I have been dropping off quicker and when I do awake in the night I definitely feel more relaxed and get back to sleep right away. I do the wim hoff breathing exercise right before I go to sleep and this really really really helps. I put these patches on an hour bf I go up and yeah last couple of weeks I’ve had decent sleep and feel so much better for it. I would say if your struggling right now and hope by sticking a patch on it’s going to work wonders it might not be as effective, get your sleep hygiene in order, exercise if you can, some carbs for dinner and you’ll soon be back on the road szzzzHad no issues with the stickiness either.

Crap they do not stick put them on an they come off with in the hour on any part of the body wouldn't say they are worth the money bought CBD ones and because they are small an slim they fit brilliant these are thick and large do not stick at all thought would help me sleep and I'm still as tired as usually because they fall off more bother trying to keep putting it back on when ye wake up without it on because it's falling off!

They really work I use 4 a night and they work one on each arm one on each ankle great night sleep feel better next day

I didn’t think these made any difference for me

Had a real problem trying to get the patches to stick... ended up putting a band aid . over the patch and stick to my skin that way....not very adhesive I don't think it helps that they seem extremely thick which just catches on things and pulls the patch off. .Didnt send me off to dream land just didn't seem to work..

Ever since I started using these patches my sleep has improved considerably. I now wake up feeling rested and satisfied with my quality of sleep.

Since using these patches I have been getting better quality sleep and falling asleep quicker. So for me they work really well.

Someone recommended these to me good value for money the patches are comfortable to wear on me it took a few hours to work
