Not being able to wear short sleeves, this was perfect as a PICC line cover over the other options available which are limited. I did not want anything with flowers, bright colors, etc and it is not a long sleeve, just short enough to hold the lines in place. However, it may be too tight if you have bigger biceps, I would suggest size XSmall, Small or Medium sized arms only.

Do not waste your time and money with other brands. I have purchased several cheaper brands over the past month. Then I purchased the Skin Guards forearm sleeves and was so happy, I quickly ordered the full arm sleeve. What sets Skin Guards apart are two things: 1: The material. It is comfortable, does not snag and is durable. Other sleeves I’ve ordered snag or get those little irritating balls you have to clip off and I”m talking within a couple weeks of wearing them. 2: They stay put. The elastic band keeps the sleeve where it is suppose to stay. Especially the full arm sleeves. Other brands kept falling down to my elbow; however, these sleeves have a thicker band at the top and the sleeves have very professional, well done stitching. These sleeves stand up to gardening and 12 hour nursing shifts. This review has not been one of those, “we will give you a certain percent off if you give it 5 stars,” type of review. This is a legit review and I”m so in love with this quality USA made product. You will not be sorry purchasing this brand..

I have very thin forearms. The smallest size of these sleeves are baggy. They're comfortable and do a fairly good job at protecting my "old lady" skin from those annoying red marks that seem to appear out of nowhere from the lightest of bumps and scrapes. I didn't expect them to be attractive. Als, the material snags easily. I may try a similar product in a youth size.

It's definitely stretchy, but if you use that stretchiness then you lose your tatt coverage. I'm in dilemma where I have to choose between having my tatts peeking out from my sleeve or having them peek out from my band.I am a bigger person so this obviously contributes to the issue. I feel a fairly tiny person would have less issues, if any.The top band rolls. You can flatten it and it's pretty comfortable... Until you move your arm and it rolls again.I'm not sure how I feel about the color.Overall it's better than losing your job from having tattoos, it's not unbearably uncomfortable, and there were 2 in the package.

I bought these to cover up my brachioplasty (arm lift) scars, which are still very red and not pretty. I’m also supposed to protect the area from the sun. Unfortunately one end of these have a tight band that cuts into my arm. The other end rolls with the slightest movement. The rest of the sleeve is stretchy and it seems like this could be a great product of just a little more care was put into it to stay in place and not pinch. I guess they could work on your forearm, but you’d have to be adjusting them continuously. They also feel like very thick panty hose, and not the nice silky ones, the hot itchy ones. I can’t recommend these. They do not provide any level of compression (besides the tight end) if that was what you were looking for.

I love these... I'm always dinging my forearms on EVERYTHING it seems so now when I'm working I wear these and let them take the beating. My arms love them too

This sleeve would be ideal for a short-armed, chunkier person. I’m a woman with average length, slender arms and this thing was way too short and loose on me. It kept falling down and needs to be at least 2 inches longer to cover a whole forearm sleeve. Also, not a good shade for tan people. I gave it to my shorter, pale coworker and it worked very well for her. My long, tan arms will just have to be covered some other way.

Started a new job and I have a large half sleeve tattoo from wrist to elbow. It's a death angel, lots of black and aqua colors with a stormy sky. My new boss frowns upon having tattoos showing in the workplace and told me to cover it. Needless to say it's hot here in the summer and long sleeve shirts make me sweat. I bought this sleeve in hopes it would stay in place and cover my awesome tattoo for 8 hours a day. I can honestly say it works great, stays in place, is not too tight but not too loose. It doesn't fall down but doesn't cut my circulation off either. I have strong arms (drummer) that are not huge but are large and it fits great. Keeps my self expression undercover while I earn a living.
