I don’t leave reviews often, but credit is due where it is deserved.I received my machine promptly and upon trying it out, I found an arc. I unfortunately had to put in for a return, but they were quick to give me my money back and they were just as responsive.I chose this product because of the many positive reviews with videos and pictures, I highly recommend!

Lots of fun but takes practice
This is not a device suitable for commercial use.That said, it is a great price for a decent machine and a lot of fun at parties!The best thing is that it has adjustable temperature! Only get a machine with this feature! Getting a great puff of cotton candy is a delicate balance of temperature. It has to be hot enough to melt the sugar, but cool enough that the sugar solidifies before hitting the side of the bowl. It takes practice and patience (I made a lot of side-wall rock candy before figuring it out) but this machine can do the job.Make sure you practice before your party. I recommend outdoors. Our screened in pool patio was perfect for cleanup.Skip the flavored sugars and make your own with Flossine.

I am impressed!!!!! I had a cheaper version tthati was using and decide to upgrade to this. PS you better be ready to start turning that cone!! Lol

Fast and easy cotton candy
We started with one of those ~$50 "novelty" vintage style cotton candy machines. They work, but take 10 minutes to heat up and 10 minutes per serving - kids lose interest waiting in line and the amount of candy is underwhelming. This machine is huge and awesome. Warm up for 3-4 minutes. aiming for ~95 on the voltmeter. Drop in a scoop of sugar and poof - instant cotton candy faster than you can grab it. To clean - while running, pour water into the sugar container. Be ready for lots of steam.Love it.

Wish it had a dome or something
Works great heats up fast good temperature control just wish it had something on top so the Cotton candy doesn’t get everywhere
