A little gem of a book! I am so excited to see this wonderful book in print. David Wells honours the ancient traditions of Thailand and writes clearly about this little known self-care practice. For anyone interested in 'Thai Yoga', part 1 is a must have, not only for your book shelf but because it teaches how to take care of your own body through effective tried and tested traditions. I cant wait for part 2

Great self massage book. I love the techniques which have helped when giving Thai massage to others too.

Total disappointment
I was so excited about this book, sadly the content is very basics and remind me of exercises we did in PE in primary school. Not to mention that this is actually more like a brochure not a book. Absolute waste tbh

Great Disapointment
Disapointment! I was waiting for this book for a long time. Amazon sent to to me 3 times!!!! Thank you by the way. But the book .... nothing. I was waiting that I will enrich my Ruesri Dat Ton practice and I found my self hitting its head on a brick wall. Very beautiful information ... but that's it!!!
