All I can say is that this vendor is very reliable keeping delivery time as promised. Value for money is excellent as item seems to be very well made and versatile. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the ease of use because this was a little present for my sister who is yet to take a trip to Europe at the time of this review.

As long as you pay attention to the location you’re planning on visiting and purchase the correlating plug in, you’ll have no issues.The connector options are versatile and work like a charm which is helpful for someone like me who tries to pack light.It wasn't bulky or hard to pack in my carry on too which was a plus for a quick baggage check.It also held up well to the rolling black outs common in SA. No over heating or shorting out!I’d say it’s a great deal since you dont have to get a bunch of connectors since it’s all in one.Basically, get the right one and the only thing you gotta worry about is finding an outlet to plug it in to.

We needed a flexible & reliable power adapter for our trip to eastern Europe. In researching the power standards in those countries, we found them to be a little confusing and didn't seem consistent with the major EU standards. So, we tried this adapter and it worked great in all three countries and kept four iPhones and a laptop well charged, all at the SAME time. Great feature.

This adapter was a lifesaver when I went to France and Italy. It worked on all the hotels and airports. It is very compact and easily fit in my purse and overnight bag. I could use it basically everywhere. My phone and Fitbit were always charged up. Highly recommend great value for the money.

Served it purpose

Sincerely excellent - super helpful and now always lives in my bag so I never forget it. I've only had it for about a year and have taken it on 2ish trips but so far so good- i will update if it doesn't hold up

I always find it tricky when asked to review a product like this… Because either it works, or it doesn’t. It fit into every European outlet that I plugged into and converted the electricity to charge my American products. I think that’s worth five stars.

Worked exactly as we needed it to! I love that you can charge multiple items at once and still have a plug for your hair straightener or something else!
