I purchased this for my husband because he expressed interest in learning to golf. This came the day his buddy was taking him out to start teaching him. His friend has been golfing for years and told me that this is really helpful to beginners and could be for people who want to brush up on their putting skills. It came with batteries too which was nice! It's easy to use and really does help!

Batteries die quickly and have to be changed regularly. Attached this to my dad’s cane and has helped him with his walking. Cheaper than the canes with the lasers built in but battery costs are going to add up.

The media could not be loaded. Item is light and easy to handle. Material feels solid enough to last awhile. However, the part whereby it grips on to the golf club is not adjustable. Overall, I feel it is a good buy for the price.

Works okay for your alignment at setup. Doesn't to much help once you start swinging. Kind of can tell if you left the face open if youre paying a lot of attention at impact. doesn't work well in bright conditions.

The product description did not say it was not bright enough for outdoor use, but unless it is overcast or in the shade, you can't see the laser line in direct sunlight.

I’m not really into golf gadgets but this is thing is pretty cool. Slap it on a putter I keep around the house. You can adjust the angle so that the laser is displayed on the ground at the heel, toe, center, however you see fit. Gives you a great visual to work on takeaway and follow through. You Instantly can see your stroke causing a push, pull, or straight follow through. I give it a thumbs up, especially given the price tag.
