I got this chair to keep myself from sitting on my feet, and this works great. I'm one of those weirdos that can't sit still or sit in a chair like a normal person. I need something to rest my feet on, and I'm constantly fidgeting in my seat. I love that I can sit in this chair a million different ways. it's comfy, easy to clean, easy to assemble, and the wheels pop apart so you can clean hair and threads that have gotten wrapped around them. great chair, glad I bought it!

I bought this chair in April 2024, hoping it would be a comfortable addition to my workspace. Unfortunately, I’ve been quite disappointed.First, the cushion is far too thin, making it uncomfortable for extended periods of sitting. To make it usable, I had to buy an additional cushion just to make it bearable, which added more cost to the purchase.Additionally, the adjuster has never worked properly. Despite trying multiple times to make adjustments, the mechanism seems faulty, leaving me stuck with one seating position that isn’t ideal.For the price, I expected much better quality. I would not recommend this chair to anyone looking for comfort or functionality.

Chair works fine. Wish there was a bit more padding for the seat as well as better directions for which screws go where or even label them. However I believe the value comes from being able to sit at different angles.

I sit in a chair for 5 hours at a time and my legs were going numb in my fancy office chair. This chair allows me to sit with my legs crossed or on the floor. The foot pad swivels easily to change positions quckly. My chair had a problem with the height adjustment so I was going to return it. The support team offered to help and walked me through several things and then sent me a new seat. I appreciate how helpful they are. As others have noted, the chair is not the higher quality chair that sells for 600+dollars, but it really does function well and I have a cloth over the vynl so I do not stick when I am wearing a skirt. Easy fix.

I am editing my review based on extremely helpful customer service who are sending replacement parts which will hopefully fix the problems.I love the concept and functionality of this chair but unfortunately the construction and quality are poor. Not worth the money.

If I were strictly rating the chair I would give this one star. The chair was awful. After unboxing the foot rest did not tighten around the piston. So the company sent a new foot rest. Then I could not get the chair to stay in the raised position and it would lower all the way down. Customer service gave me some things to trouble shoot. I did those and wihle it helped some the chair would eventually inch down again, or drop suddenly. So again I contacted customer service. In the end they sent an entirely new chair. Two months went by before I was able to put the new chair together due to being out of the country and other travel. Once I finally got the chair put together I had the same problem with the seat lowering. I went through the trouble shooting actions that I was previously given, and alas it was no help. I was sure when I contacted customer service they would tell me that I was out of luck due to the time that had passed. To my surprise they are going to refund my money in the next 24 hours, and I do not need to return the chair. Dispose of it yes, but better than some of the other reviews I've read. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the whole reason I am giving it a second star. If I could rate the customer service separately I would give them 5 stars because I do appreciate their effort.

I saw a version of this chair on Instagram for ~$400. I then found this one for roughly half the price and took a chance and I am so glad I did. One week in and I am loving that I can sit in so many different positions while working from home and I no longer get butt fatigue or tingly legs. It was pretty easy to put together and I am a single female who dreads putting things together and the quality seems good. I would recommend this for sure and have told my friends about it. The cats love it too... doubles as a cat tree :)

This is quality less and not that best chair as described and comfortable to sit and thi seller refused to refund the money as well upon return.
