Great product Good for the health but definitely recommend purchasing it. I will say because you only use a little bit at a time. This product will last quite a while.

This was the worst tasting shilajit I have ever tasted and the consistency is like chocolate syrup except runnier. I won’t be buying this product again and will have to toss the amount I have left, it really tastes disgusting. I’ve tried many different shilajits and I’m so disappointed!

UPDATE! I have now ordered this brand 3 different times. I have tried others as well.1st order: (not knowing what it was, just being honest) The amount was about 2/3 full and was thick in nature.2nd order: Filled to the top, very thick, and noticed good changes3rd order: HALF full and very watery.The consistency is not there. Will not be purchasing again._________________________________________________________________They (many Shylaji companies) claim that it will help with all of your aches, pains, anxiety, energy, etc. Took it for two weeks and did not notice one side effect or an uptick. I guess it's good but I will try a few more before making a final decision on the health benefits.
