The media could not be loaded. Came with no fluid in it it’s all scratched up this is probably the worst lighter. I’ve bought off Amazon. It’s extremely hard to use. They don’t make it to where if you pull the trigger at lights a flame. You actually have to light it while holding the trigger down for it’s a change of color of fire and it doesn’t even light properly.

Overall, this lighter works really well. But sometimes has problems when switching to the actual Torch. Sometimes flame goes out but overall still the cool factor is there!

I was so excited about this purchase. So I'm very disappointed that it didn't work. I tried everything and even asked my man if he could fix it and he said he wouldn't be able to. The regular lighter doesn't work, no flame or spark whatsoever and the torch part doesn't do anything either. It doesn't even try to work, no click sound or anything. I would've returned it if it was easier to do it but I don't live anywhere near anything and I don't drive so it was a hassle for me to send it back and get my money refunded. So now I have a lighter/torch I can't use and I'm out the money too. I guess you live and learn.

This item came late to begin with. They kept saying it was coming that day and it never did then they said it was coming the next day and it didn't. It finally came on the 3rd day. I was pretty disappointed because this torch was so loose. It was hard to work it , it was that loose. You were supposed to flip it up and it was to stay in place but I wouldn't . It really wasn't worth the wait or the money.

I honestly use this one by lighting a candle and then turning the gas on because it doesn’t spark by itself and it’s really hard to get the torch to work so get this if you use the candle method

It’s cute and an interesting lighter show piece, but functionality is terrible. The second flame is difficult to light and no matter how far down you turn it or how quickly you switch it off ( which you HAVE to do!) it seems to run out of butane very quickly…

Beautiful worked fine

First it's a pain in the @$$ to light and there is a button for the gas that you will not remember to shut off, I promise you. Therefore all your gas will leak out, your fingerprints are gonna be all over it making it look ugly AF. It was a gift she liked it even tho she can't use it due to the gas being out everytime and the gymnastics required to strike it but it was the thought that counted. I wasn't impressed with it tho.
